Brad is a full time agent who has personally previewed many of the homes on the market. His knowledge of what is available will be a great asset in determining what properties might fit your needs.
Drive-bys: We will take you around the Park City area to help you become familiar with the area & decide where you might want to purchase real estate. Our purpose will be to determine the neighborhood or area that best fits your lifestyle.
Home Showings: Once we fully understand your home buying requirements & have narrowed the search, we will focus our attention on showing you those quality homes on the market that may ultimately be your new residence or investment.
Personal Touch: We will return your phone calls &/or emails in the most timely manner possible, most often within 24 hours or less. We will keep you updated on what is going on in the market as it happens via email & telephone.

We work closely with our title service team & your lender to provide you with a preliminary estimate of closing costs & down-payment requirements anticipated in the transaction. Our purpose is to eliminate any closing day surprises.
Good-Faith Estimate: You will benefit from our experience in working with great local lenders & our title service team, by helping you to understand the financial aspects of your real estate transaction & providing you with good faith estimates.

Prior to showings we will meet with you to provide you with a Buyer-Broker agreement. Negotiations: Brad will help you prepare a negotiation strategy.He will research & provide you with all the information necessary in helping you make decisions on price & terms of your offer.
Offer Presentation: Brad will work diligently to get your offer accepted. If you wish, he will request to present your offer to purchase directly to the seller in the presence of the listing agent.
Property Disclosures: Brad will review with you all inspection reports, written seller disclosures & any other documents provided from the Sellers pertaining to the condition of the property & disclose all physical defects of the property that are known to us. Carefully reviewing these documents will enable you to accept or specify the remedy for each fault disclosed. All remedies should be addressed in writing in the offer to purchase.
Progress of the Sale: We will monitor & inform you of the progress of the purchase agreement, including satisfaction of all contingencies & conditions.We will provide you with a list of critical dates so you can track the progress of the transaction with ease.
Home Inspections: We recommend that you obtain professional inspections so that you are fully aware of the property's current condition. We are happy to provide you w
ith the names of reputable local inspectors. After review of the inspection report, if needed, we will help you negotiate with the Seller the remedies of any items found that are of concern to you.
Home Protection Plans: We will provide you a list of reputable home warranty companies. It is advisable to obtain a home protection plan to reduce your risk of repair after purchasing a property.
Closing of the Sale: We will attend the settlement with you to close the purchase of your new property.
After the Sale: We will contact you after the closing to follow-up on remaining details or services needed. We appreciate your business & the opportunity to work with you.
